Making up frames! More than 50 individual squares -- only about a dozen blocks 9x9".

I don't think it is much faster than the tutorial I was working with originally (This one) but there is much less ironing, no need for a cardboard template, and the units are much more 'uniform'. Also less flappy and more stable!
